Delivery took over 2 weeks. Two items I returned 4 weeks ago and have not heard anything at all. Having checked websites reviews I now understand Arket have a very poor reputation for refunds and I am becoming increasingly concerned. Their clothes are not cheap, I will never use them again and do not recommend them.

Wanted to give a no star review but unable too, wanted to shop on a flyby shop at Arket Stratford, choose a good amount of products to try on in their fitting room, men’s closed and told to go down stairs and should be one open there, went downstairs with all my goods only to be told that the store fittings room are closed due to lack of staff and them prioritising getting the newly delivered stock out, this included much eye rolling from the assistant store manager, wouldn’t pass on head office email address but gave telephone number! Turns out very unhelpful customer service lady on telephone too, no apologies given to a customer that’s shopped at arket since it opened, I won’t go back and if any other potential customers are thinking of shopping there think twice before going!

I do not understand the bad reviews. I have ordered and returned many times from Arket. They deliver fast, returns are easy and refunds are quick. Their packaging is minimal which is an environmental choice by the company and one that I approve of. I despair when companies over package clothes with miles of plastic. It is one of the many reasons that I have ordered so much from this company. Their products are always very good quality. Do research the sizes on the reviews section of products as they have European sizing.

The clothing is very good quality, but I have found the sizing to be all over the place. I've had to size up two sizes in some things and size down in others. The size guide seems pointless. Also took a while to refund returned items, but customer service were very helpful.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a dress in January. Took ages to arrive & when it did it was poor quality & too big. Returned it immediately & I have proof that they have received it but I have heard nothing from Arket & still waiting for confirmation of my return and a refund. I certainly advise people not to use this company

I returned some items recently and after a fortnight and still no refund, I emailed them. They did refund me, on the strength of the photos I sent of the Hermes receipt, but said there was no trace of the return. I then ordered some other things and returned one item - exactly same situation...I’m now going to have to hassle them again to get my refund. If you aren’t 100% sure you are going to want to keep your items, don’t bother ordering and whatever happens, keep your Hermes return receipt.

I purchased 2 items and paid via klarna. Subsequently did a partial return via hermes collection on 30 December and still no notification, am suitably unimpressed with Arket and will not be shopping with them online again! I did a cos return on the same pick up and that was acknowledged two weeks ago, both returns were to the same address!!

Ordered in total 3 times from the Arket was organized well. everything like described and so on.

Impressed with fast delivery outside Sweden, and loved the items for our kitchen.

Love this shop. Great quality clothing, timely delivery for most orders, no problems with returns.

I ordered native union AirPods case but received an empty box. Even after getting refunded and ordering again! Customer service team are responsive however the warehouse or suppliers have ISSUES. unreliable and disappointing. Should have offered me a free case or store credit for going through all this hassle!

Purchased a sweatshirt but strangely the only delivery option was a Hermes pick up, they would not deliver to my house. I picked up the item, it felt cheap, worn it once and it shrunk so much I could barely get it on despite following the washing instructions. I sent it back, but still waiting on a refund 12 days after they have received it. They have confirmed they have the item but say it will take 28 days to refund which is simply ridiculous. Avoid.
